The intention of this WORKSHOP IS TO INVITE PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS TO
DEVELOP A MINDFULNESS PRACTICE FOR THEMSELVES, first. Strengthening
our own innate qualities of awareness and compassion is fundamental to
providing the most precious gift we can give our children, our full
presence, moment to moment.
