IKEA Sunrise will host our Midsummer Celebration in our Swedish Restaurant on Friday, June 26, 2026, with three seating times available. Enjoy traditional Swedish dishes, such as poached Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Red Potatoes with Dill Butter, Meatballs in Sauce, Skagenröra (Swedish Shrimp Salad), Swedish Deviled Eggs, and so much more!

Oh yeah, we won’t forget to have the Dessert Table fully stocked!
