On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, join the Laurens Kids foundation and thousands of passionate participants as they take part in a powerful 1,500-mile trek across Florida, raising awareness for National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month. This uplifting event kicks off at Kleman Plaza (306 S Duval St., TALLAHASSEE, FL 32301) with registration beginning at 7:00 AM, followed by the walk starting at 8:00 AM.Whether you choose to walk the full 6 miles or just the initial 3-mile stretch to Governors Square Mall (1500 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32301), every step you take will contribute to the fight against child sexual abuse and support survivors on their healing journey. Plus, participants will receive an Uber code to ensure a comfortable ride back to the starting location.
