          Thank you for making the decision to becoming a sponsor or a vendor at Southern Fiesta . Your participation in this event will make this event more of a success than we could do alone. Your financial contribution will go towards the cost of hosting this event such as; securing the venue, your booth space, live performances and exposure of the fiesta.

I hope this partnership will continue to allow us to provide future events for the community and most of all, increase revenue into your business by gaining new customers and exposure.

Greetings, 
Fiesta Fiesta! Join us for a day of community fun at the Anita Favors Plaza on Famu Way.
The Southern Fiesta, is an intimate festival that takes pride into bringing the community together. During this festival, guest will be able to network and socialize with different vendors while enjoying the live performances, giveaways, and great food.
We hope to have a positive impact on the community as we showcase the different vendors and local businesses in the surrounding areas. This will give the consumers the opportunity to know the face and name behind the brand.
In addition, we will allow you to clean out your closet and “resell for wholesale” all your unwanted goods, (shoes, clothing, jewelry, etc) that are taking up space. 
A donation booth will also be provided for the homeless and less fortunate.
