Baptiste Power Yoga at Jai Dee in Tampa This is a 60 minute (Tuesdays) & 75 minute (Saturdays) Baptiste power yoga suitable for all levels. You will receive personal attention and hands on assists (if desired). This class is perfect for both beginners, through pregnancy and seasoned practitioners seeing a deep knowledge of the poses. We'll move through a series of balancing and strength building poses, back-bends and core work and inversions.
