COURSE DESCRIPTIONThis exciting and condensed 4-day classroom-based
course, fully updated for ITIL 2011, introduces learners to the
lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver to business expectations
by using an engaging, case study based approach. The course also
addresses the business and technical perspectives of cloud
computing— how to adopt, operate and govern the cloud.
At the end of the course, learners will be taking 2 exams: One for
ITIL Foundation, which is a requirement for entry into the future ITIL
Intermediate level training courses, and one for the associated
CCC-CTA Bootcamp Exam.
