Date NIGHT: Surf & Turf Join us for a fun evening and learn to make new favorite dishes at our hands on cooking class! During our cooking class, we will be making, then enjoying the following menu: Bruschetta Endive and Blue Cheese Salad Steak with Pan Seared Wine Reduction Shrimp Scampi Mousse au Chocolat –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– What to expect during your class at Aj's: In our classes you will work together with your partner in a exciting, hands-on environment led by our professional instructors, learning not only great recipes, but techniques to elevate your cooking! You must pre-register to attend the class. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Classes are limited to 16 students. You will be standing and cooking for most of the class. Class participants receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class. Aj's Kitchen Drawer reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards or to change recipes based on availability.
