Breath work - or Pranayama - is one of the most powerful practices we
can do to relieve stress.
Saturday, February 29th you have the opportunity to experience a
Special Yoga Class that includes a Breath Technique called "Warrior
Breath".
What is Warrior Breath?
Warrior Breath is a Vedic practice that utilizes upper chest breathing
to expand your lung's capacity, allowing the body to experience the
energetic power of oxygen coursing through your body.
The technique takes about 30 minutes. During which you will be guided
through the practice. The practice will leave you vibrating and
blissed out!
The technique hyper-oxygenates your blood and flushes out blockages
within your nervous system.
The class includes a short warm up, a 40 minute yoga flow sequence,
followed by the Warrior Breath technique and savasana.
