Description

Masters Swim is a year-round program that is designed for adult swimmers who want to improve their overall fitness, develop better stroke techniques, train for a triathlon/competition, or is just attracted to the water. The goal is this program is to promote physical fitness through swimming. A coach is available to help improve stroke technique, help avoid injury, and improve performance.

Participants must wear a bathing suit. Goggles and a swim cap are recommended.

Participants must be able to swim at least 500 yards of the freestyle stroke without rest.
