Whip into shape with a twerk and tease heels class. Learn sexy choreography that helps you own your sensuality, work up a sweat, and learn technique that will level you up!  The more you come the more you will progress.  You will gain a sense of body confidence, sexiness and strength. Open to the shy, the bold, and the goofy. Heels are not required.  ATTIRE: ATTIRE: shirt, booty shorts, cat suits, leotards, comfortable heels, kneepads, fishnets, leggings etc. Dress as sexy or as comfortable as you like with socks, sneakers, or heels. -Participants that take 4 classes consecutively will recieve $5 off their VIP Pass. -Student Spotlight video shoot! .
