Take a break from the highly intense, overly connected, dramas of life and spend some time to learn some techniques and steps you can take to live a less STRESSED LIFE. In this 8-Week COURSE INTO MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION WE WILL DISCUSS SOME OF THE TOOLS TO LIVE A LIFE OF PRESENCE AND BE IMMERSED IN THE PRACTICE EVERY WEEK WITH A WORKSHOP, daily meditations, study guides and so much more.Over the 8-Weeks our course subjects include: Gratitude, Zen, Self-Compassion, Emotional Resilience, Inuitive Health, Forgiveness and Moving On, Karma, Oneness/Universal Connectivity, Radical Acceptance, and Mindful Transformation. In this course we will touch on some of the key steps in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: * More effective ways to manage stress * Decreased anxiety, depression, irritability * Increased coping skills with difficulties, both physical and emotional * Awareness of the mind/body interplay * Increased self-compassion and self-acceptance * Greater compassion for others and improved relations * More energy and enthusiasm for life This course gives you a great foundation to build your mindfulness practice around. This 8-week COURSE IS MEANT TO HELP YOU CONNECT WITH AND DEEPEN YOU PRACTICE OF MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION. You will leave this COURSE WITH ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO FIND A NEW PATH FORWARD IN PRACTICING MINDFULNESS, in whatever direction you choose to go forward in...with us, with others, or on your own. Open your mind to something new and refreshing...doing the same thing over and over again will get you nowhere, let's try something new. If you've taken our 8-Week course before you'll find this one is quite different, with new subjects, materials and topics. The Cost of this program includes unlimited access to our in studio 30-minute meditations, discounts on our other programs, unlimited access to our online meditations, and admission one of our 8 hour monthly retreat/workshops in Mindful Self-Compassion and Mindfulness. Weekly Course meets several times per week, you get to choose from Saturdays 1-3:00 or Mondays 10-12:00. Courses run in order but make up dates are available if you miss a week Advanced Registration is Required so we can prepare your study guides and other materials Cost is $480.00  (PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE), deposit of $100 is required to reserve your space
