Rolly Colly Trolley - FREE MCO Airport Shuttle for Rollins College Students

As part of SGA President Matthew Weiner and SGA VP Sydney Brown's platform, the "2020 Vision", the ROLLINS COLLEGE STUDENT GOVERMENT ASSOCIATION IS EXCITED TO ANNOUCE THE ROLLY COLLY TROLLEY, a FREE SHUTTLE FOR STUDENTS WHO TRAVEL DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY DURING EXTENDED CLASS BREAKS. SGA will be piloting this initiative by providing a 15-passenger SHUTTLE BUS WHICH WILL PICK STUDENTS UP AT TARS PLAZA, dropping them off at the Orlando International AIRPORT (MCO). If successful, SGA plans to expand this initiative with larger charter buses for Winter Break 2019 and Spring Break 2020. ROLLINS SGA WILL BE SUPPORTING THE Rollins Student Support Foundation (SSF) [https://www.rollins.edu/leadership-community-engagement/programs-initiatives/student-support-foundation.html] during this initiative, and encourage STUDENTS TO DONATE TO SSF, as SGA will be funding the entire ROLLY COLLY TROLLEY INITIATIVE AND _not_ charging STUDENTS FOR THESE SHUTTLES. The Student Support Foundation provides short-term financial support for students experiencing an emergency need. Therefore, donations to SSF are highly encouraged and greatly appreciated at registration during your departure time.PLEASE NOTE: In order to reserve a seat on the SHUTTLE, you MUST complete this Eventbrite with the appropriate ticket/time of your choice, as well as bringing your R-Card in person when arriving to your departure time on Tars Plaza. Please use your ROLLINS COLLEGE EMAIL ADDRESS (...@rollins.edu) and first/last name as recognized by the COLLEGE WHEN RESERVING A TICKET. Please ensure that you are choosing a departure time that is appropriate to your scheduled flight. It is recommended that you would _arrive_ to the AIRPORT 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT, so please plan accordingly. This SHUTTLE TICKET IS ALSO A ONE-WAY only ticket. Rollins College and its SGA is not responsible for any missed flights nor any return trips from the MCO Airport back to the Rollins College campus. PLEASE BE SURE TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE TIME - the SHUTTLE WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. _Students who reserve a ticket and are absent/show up late to the shuttle will not be allowed to use this complimetary service in the future, as seats are limited and on a first come first serve basis_. There will also be a cash donation box and credit/debit/r-card readers at Tars Plaza for students to check in, show their Eventbrite ticket and R-Card, and provide a donation that will go directly to SSF.  --- HOLD HARMESS AGREEMENT: BY REGISTERING MY TICKET WITH EVENTBRITE FOR THE ROLLY COLLY TROLLEY, I, THE EVENTBRITE REGISTRANT, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INJURIES OR LOSS CAN RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE ROLLY COLLY TROLLY MCO AIRPORT SHUTTLE ON OCTOBER 11TH AND 12TH, 2019. I, THEREFORE, ASSUME ALL RISK OF INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE AND LOSS OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM. I RELEASE ROLLINS COLLEGE, ITS BOARD OF TRUSTEES, FACULTY AND STAFF FROM ALL LIABILITY AS TO ANY RIGHT OF ACTION THAT MAY ACCRUE TO ME, MY HEIRS OR REPRESENTATIVES, FOR ANY SUCH INJURIES OR LOSS, THAT I MAY SUFFER WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THIS COLLEGE SPONSORED PROGRAM.
