Description To enroll in the WILLS PARK SUMMER DAILY CHILL SESSION(s) the SUMMER CAMP - APPLICATION (WILLS PARK, WILLS PARK: LEVEL UP & WILLS PARK: EXTREME) must be completed prior to enrolling in the sessions for this DAILY CHILL. The Application must be completed on a separate transaction. WILLS PARK SUMMER DAILY CHILL IS LOCATED AT WILL RECREATION CENTER; 11925 WILLS RD, ALPHARETTA, GA 30009 WILLS PARK SUMMER DAILY CHILL ALLOWS YOU TO SELECT THE DAY(s) your child attends. Each day has a registration fee that must be paid. Register your kids per day for the last week of SUMMER BREAK. The day will consist of going to the pool, joining in some fun organized activities, and CHILLIN' OUT WITH FRIENDS BEFORE HEADING BACK TO SCHOOL. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration can be done online or in person. The registration packet has been replaced with the SUMMER CAMP - APPLICATION (WILLS PARK, WILLS PARK: LEVEL UP, & WILLS PARK: EXTREME). To register for the session(s) of WILLS PARK DAILY CHILL, this application must be completed first. If you have questions please e-mail recreation@alpharetta.ga.us. You will not be able to register for the daily sessions until the application activity is completely processed. HOURS Scheduled Activities 9:00 am - 4:00 pmPre-Camp 7:30 am - 9:00 amPost Camp 4:00 pm - 6:00 pmRegistration includes both pre/post care. AGE REQUIREMENTS Age requirements have been established to safely facilitate age-appropriate activities. Participants will be placed into groups according to their age. COMMUNICATION On-going communication between staff, parents, and participants is critical to your child achieving a successful and fun experience. If at any time you need to share information, concerns or compliments, we encourage you to speak with a staff member. To contact your child during activity hours, please call (678) 297-6100. LUNCH Participants are required to bring a lunch and beverage for the day. Refrigeration and microwave facilities are not available. SIGN IN/SIGN OUT PROCEDURES For the safety of each child, all participants must be signed in and signed out. Participants may only be picked up and signed out by an authorized person (indicated at time of registration). Participants may not sign themselves in or out. Please be ready to show a photo I.D. to a staff member. ATTIRE & PERSONAL ITEMS All participants should wear comfortable clothing, including wearing athletic shoes (no flip-flops or Crocs). Participants are discouraged from bringing personal items such as electronics, jewelry or items of value. Participants are responsible for their personal possessions. The City of Alpharetta Recreation Parks & Cultural Services Department is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to this activity. SUN PROTECTION Many activities are outdoors, your child is at risk for sunburn. Participants should arrive with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen. We recommend participants use sunscreen with a SPF of at least 30. MEDICATION If your child needs medicine while attending the Daily Chill, you will need to fill out an Authorization to Give Medication Form or an Over-the-Counter Medication Permission Form. ILLNESSES For the protection of all participants and staff, any child believed to have an infectious illness should not attend. If a staff member becomes aware that child is sick, the parent or guardian will be called to pick up the child.
