Description Bring the whole family together for a fun-filled hour at our gymnastics facility with Family Time! This unique class offers kids ages 2-13 yrs. a safe and exciting space to explore movement, build strength, and increase flexibility. After a group-led-warm-up by our experienced instructors, families will have open gym time to play, practice skills, and enjoy the equipment freely. Parents or authorized adults are required to participate alongside their children, making a it a fantastic way to bond, be active, and enjoy quality time together. Perfect for all energy levels, Family Time is an opportunity for kids and adults to explore gymnastics in a relaxed, supportive environment.
