DEALING WITH STRESS & ANXIETY
With BUDDHIST NUN, Gen Norden.
Monday March 16, 7:30pm–8:45pm.For our COVID 19 response to keep
offering meditation and Buddhist teachings to the Atlanta area, we are
offering this class with a limited in-person sign up, as well as a
livestream option so that you can sign up and join us from your own
home.
For the limited in person seating, we will do this to have only a few
people in our meditation room at one time with 6ft between each
person. If you try to sign up for this option and it is not available,
that means that all the seating is taken, but if you are able to sign
up that means that you will be guaranteed a seat with plenty of space
around you. There will also be hand sanitiser and a handwashing
station available for everyone.
** If you sign up for livestream, please be patient with us as we are
still in test mode. If there is a problem with the livestream we will
re-emburse you or send you a free recording of the class **
For the livestream sign up - you will receive an email from us after
registering with your simple livestream access info.
The Class

Everyone is welcome!
Course Theme: Dealing with Stress and Anxiety
Is it possible, in such a chaotic world, to be free of feeling
stressed out and anxious? Yes it is. Or at the very least to use those
natural feelings in the service of something meaningful. Through
training our mind in Buddhist psychology we can gradually approach
seemingly fear-inducing situations with a sense of confidence and even
enjoyment.
$12/class, FREE for members.
