Inspired organizations think, act, and communicate from the inside-out (from Sinek’s Golden Circle).
In his 2009 TedTalk ethnographer (anthropologist) and writer, Simon Sinek shared his research about how great leaders inspire action. His main conclusion was that those who lead start with explaining the WHY. Most organizations and their members know what they do. Some know how they do it. But very, very few people or organizations know why they do what they do. And by "why," I mean: What's our purpose? What's our cause? Why does our organization exist? And why should anyone care?
