The Most Talented Open Mic in Atlanta! Come sign the list and show us what you got! Every 3rd Tuesday at Apache Cafe, we bring out the city's most talented musicians, hip hop artists, singers, poets, comedians, etc. Whatever your talent is, it's welcome at AWOL. Hosted by Official Grey Music Music by DJ Samore and live visuat art by Derek Cook! 
Every month we groove with a Live Band with food and drink specials all night long. Whether performing or listening, come rock with the BEST crowd in ATL and enjoy a night of great talent! Doors open at 8pm and show starts at 9pm. $7 cover before 9pm.
Performers:
**This is a LIVE music open-mic with a band and a host. The cover is $7 before 9PM. Artist should come prepared to perform with the band for 1 song. (Poets/comedians have 4 mins) If you don't want to perform with the band and want to perform to your own your track -this can be arranged for a small fee of $25 for a 6 min set. (limited to 4 slots each month which are all 1st come 1st serve at the door at 8PM. Please arrive as EARLY as 7:15PM to secure your slot. There may be line of artists trying to secure slots as well.) Tracks are USB or CD only. TRACK MUST BE A SHOW TRACK (NO LEAD VOCALS)
The sign-up list starts at 8pm when the door opens and is 1st come 1st serve. There are 20 guaranteed performance slots. There is also an overflow list that is honored but isn't guranteed, so EARLY arrival is HIGHLY recommended.

What type of genre/talent is welcome at this open mic?

All talent is welcome! Hip Hop, R&B, Rock, Acoustic, Blues, Comedy, Spoken word, etc. 

How do I sign up?

Performing with the band:

You sign your name on the list upon entry. Doors open at 8pm and show starts at 9pm. The list is 1st come 1st serve.

Performing with a track:

All slots are 1st come 1st serve. The track slots are $25 which is due upon arrival to Apache. There are 4 limited track slots and they go quick.

How long is the performance set?

If you are performing with the band you get one song. If you are a comedian/poet, the time slot is 4 mins. If you pay for a track slot it is 6 mins.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 18+ to enter or accompanied by an adult.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is paid street parking on Spring St as well as 3rd st. There is also a parking lot directly behind Apache Cafe that is $10.

The ticket/registration is FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY!! THIS TICKET IS NOT VALID FOR ENTRY INTO APACHE CAFE. MUST PAY AT THE DOOR THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT. $7 BEFORE 9PM. $10 AFTER
