Dance Matters is a one-of-a-kind movement workshop for dancers, athletes and people who want to feel grounded and move with a sense of ease and freedom.
Instructors draw from a wealth of knowledge from classical to contemporary dance, Haitian folkloric dance, Gyrotonics, Pilates and somatic principals intersecting with both classical and progressive theories from physics.

Saturday, July 7th 4pm–8pm
"Danceflow" — making dance matter for every body — a community movement session that will celebrate movement through ritual and shared experiences.
Sunday, July 8th 10am–4pm
"Convergence" — finding new pathways towards physical freedom and celebrating process as a means to discover personal expression.
