Voted 1 of the Top 50 food festivals in the country by Parade magazine, this FREE two-day family friendly event offers something for everyone. The festival features some of metro Atlanta's best tasting chicken wings from over a dozen restaurants plus great live music. The headliner acts this year are the Journey Tribute act, Departure and Van Halen tribute act, Running with the Devil. Festival goers will enjoy watching the popular wing-eating contest to our kid zone with inflatable amusement rides or simply do some shopping in the local arts & crafts area.
As the third largest chicken wing festival in the country after Buffalo & Chicago, the festival is expecting over 20,000 in attendance this year. Festival goers can munch on tasty chicken wings from local wing experts like Keegan's Public House and The Butcher & Bottle Gastro Pub while washing them down with a cold beverage. All the participating wing vendors will be vying for plaques and medals for the best wings in a competition judged by local celebrities and the festival attendees.
