Description This empowering strength training class is designed
specifically for pre- and post-menopausal women who want to build
muscle, improve bone density, and feel strong and confident in their
bodies. Through a combination of resistance training, functional
movement, and mindful mobility work, you'll safely increase strength
and stability while supporting hormonal health.
Each session includes brief, practical education on nutrition and
wellness strategies tailored to midlife covering topics like protein
intake, calcium rich foods, managing energy levels, and supporting
metabolism. Whether you're navigating symptoms or preparing for a
vibrant next chapter, this class offers a supportive space to move,
learn, and thrive.
All levels welcome. Modifications are provided to meet your needs and
experience level.
