In this 45-minute class, we’ll explore simple and approachable mindfulness and meditation practices that help you tune into the present moment and reconnect with your body. No experience needed—just come as you are. We’ll gently pause together, using our breath and senses to ground ourselves. You’ll be guided through easy body awareness exercises like body scans, light movement, and relaxation techniques to help calm your mind and release tension.
