vendor passes also located in the main vendor/ballroom. option-3
$350 limited 10'wx12'dx8'h in-line booth with 2 tables 4 chairs for
the 3 day event and 2 vendor passes this space will be located in
the main ballroom /vendor. option-4 $450 corner booth located at the
end of a in-line booth 10'x12' with 2 chairs for the 3 day event and
2 vendor passes these tables are located in the main vendor/ballroom
with celbrities option-5 $150 Marketing table "NO SALES" this space
is reserved for example T-Mobile,Leaf Gaurd ect. 1 six for table 6'l x
6'w x 6' h with 2 chairs for the 3 day event and 2 vendor passes

Please note we do Not supply electricity for Any space, we do have
access to outlets and can make arragenments if need. Please keep in
mind you are purchasing sq foot space .We Do NOT supply grid wall
,display racks,clothes racks ect.. Just table/s chairs and
tableclothes,We do not use pipe dressing, this helps keep cost
down. Example if you purchase a 6 foot table you will recive 1 six
foot table only you are not permited to add personal tables or other
displays outside that 6 foot space.Displays are welcomed on and in
front of said paid table/space that Does not block walkways with GA
POP AND HORROR APPROVAL. Note Displays can not exceed 9' foot high in
the Main ballroom and 8' foot high in the Main vendor room. No Shared
Tables! When making a purchase you are agreeing to ALL Tidewater
Conventions Vendor Rules. If you need a larger or custom space
