Reconnect breath with body. In this class well use meditation and
breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the nervous system, move
through postures (asanas) for strength, flexibility and balance,
cultivate mindfulness and relax into a state of well-being. This class
is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Youll
leave feeling restored and renewed. Please bring a yoga mat.
(recommended props: 2 blocks, a blanket, a strap and bolster.)
