More than hiking, more than networking, we are a group of women
enjoying the outdoors and the way it brings us home to ourselves. We
embrace all skill levels, embrace each woman in her wholeness and
build lasting connections.
This continues our mid-week hike and MEDITATION SERIES FOR ANYONE WHO
WOULD EITHER LIKE TO JUST GET OUTSIDE WITH US MORE OR FOR WHOM THE
WEEKEND HIKES ARE DIFFICULT TO MAKE. We will be trying different times
of the day, so please let us know if what works best.
We will begin our time together with some reflection and grounding,
proceed with a meditative hike in this beautiful, historic, peaceful
setting. The hike will be tailored to the level and energy of the
group (a gentle hike). During the hike there will be time for
reflection and discussion as well as quiet introspection. And we will
close our time together with some meditation and reflection and
you’ll have a chance to get to know each other and begin building
community with each other.
