If so, we designed this INSTITUTE FOR you!
The Georgia College Personnel Association (GCPA) presents the
Essentials of Student Affairs Practices (ESAP) Institute! This program
is designed to provide individuals who work in Student Affairs (at
post secondary institutions in Georgia...including two-year colleges,
four-year institutions and technical colleges) without a traditional
educational background in Student Affairs & Higher Education more
insight into the educational foundation that makes up our robust
field. As a participant you will have an opportunity to explore
the topics of: _

"_THE MODERN STUDENT"_ _@UNIVERSITY OF WEST GEORGIA, CARROLLTON, GA_
_APRIL 20TH AND 21ST _ _ STUDENT DEVELOPMENT THEORIES AND SOCIAL
JUSTICE
_ 3rd Session
"_CAMPUS CONTEXT"_ _@AGNES SCOTT COLLEGE, DECATUR, GA_ _MAY 18TH AND
19TH _ _Supervision/Leadership, Ethics, Assessment, Campus

_ _The program rooted is in the ACPA/NASPA Professional
Competencies _
**The ESAP Institute consists of three 2-day sessions (you must
attend all 3 sessions to receive the certificate).
Each of the three sessions starts with a Thursday afternoon session
from 1pm-7pm & Friday full day session from 9am-3:30pm.** The cost
to attend is $450 (what a deal!)

_ _Materials, dinner on Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday _
Lodging is NOT included. Please feel free to use your state
discount for hotels in the area. We can recommend some if interested.
