One court is available. It’s in a good size gym with a reasonable ceiling height & plenty of room to chase down balls. The level of play is “skilled” recreational as we expect that players understand… and can reliably execute… the basic bump/set/spike strategy. And if you have the ability to slam the ball, please also have the accuracy to aim it away from any person. Thanks! This group has been active for many years and has a long standing age restriction of 35 & older. Please respect our rules. It is the age limit & skill level targets that have allowed us to achieve our longevity & camaraderie. Reservations are limited to 18 players, which will create 3 teams of 6. As a common courtesy to the rest of our group, if you RSVP, you are expected to be ready to play at 7:30pm. Please remember that if you RSVP & don’t show or cancel after 4pm or can’t arrive until after 8pm, you won’t be invited back. This is because there is usually a wait list with other dedicated players. If you are on the wait list, please check after 4:30 to see if you got moved up. Meetup will email a reminder. Just make sure your account is not set to block these notifications. In appreciation of the Church allowing us to use this venue, we have a donation bucket. The typical donation is $2. The money is used to purchase new balls and nets with the rest offered to local charities.
