Line Dance & Yoga?
Join us for an afternoon of fun with line dance and yoga. Loosen those
hips and open those HEARTS!
Line dancing is a great way to kick up your heels and enjoy life!
We'll get those hips moving' and grovin' to all kinds of rhythms
including Country, R&B, Oldies, and Latin.
Dance with your friends and learn a few handy moves to take with you
anywhere.
If you've never done yoga before, there's no need to touch your toes
or put your foot behind your head! If you have, enjoy this blissful
winding down. We'll breathe, stretch and open our HEARTS. You will
leave feeling lighter and refreshed!
