Experimental Landscapes, Acrylic, All Level(Adams) - Sandy Springs, GA 2020

Description Get ready for an energized and exciting journey in pushing the boundaries of painting through a response to the natural landscape! This class encourages experimentation with water-based mediums, processes and techniques. We will focus on developing strong landscape compositions by organizing value, patterns, and masses (before you even pick up a brush), painting wet-into-wet, and using painting knives. Over the course of the class, participants will develop a clearer understanding of their own expressive visual language. Class time includes demos, short exercises, gentle group critiques with plenty of personal attention from the instructor.
