The Miracle Fruit is a small berry that rewires the way the palate perceives sour flavors for as long as one hour. Those who have tried the berry claim that everything they eat with acidic properties become sweet. Lemons taste like lemonade, goat cheese turns into cheesecake and Guinness with lemon sorbet becomes a chocolate milkshake. We invites you to experience this mind-blowing fruit as we host a series of “Flavor Tripping” experiences. Guests will be able to taste the berry and enjoy a selection of small plates that complement the Miracle Fruit. Each experience is limited and only $20 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
