WORLD MUSIC INDIA presents SANGAM A CONFLUENCE OF CONTEMPORARY JAZZ WITH INDIAN CLASSICAL AND TRADITIONAL MUSIC ON SATURDAY 17TH NOV. 2018 at Studio Theatre, Sandy Springs Performing Arts Centre, 1 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.  SANGAM (The confluence) is a WORLD MUSIC CONCERT CONCEPTUALIZED BY SOME OF THE FINEST MUSICIANS FROM THE US who have been contributing to the cinematic arts for decades besides promoting INDIAN CLASSICAL AND TRADITIONAL MUSIC IN VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD.  This performance will consist of vocals and instrumental renditions encompassing original creations along with traditional melodies from India. THE COLLABORATIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE CONSISTS OF ORIGINAL THEMES, LIGHT INDIAN CLASSICAL AND TRADITIONAL MELODIES FROM VARIOUS PARTS OF INDIA DATING BACK TO THE 15TH CENTURY TO THE MODERN TIMES WITH CONTEMPORARY JAZZ.
