HABITUAL TENSION IN BODY, mind, and feelings, freeing our energy for a
more openhearted and balanced posture towards life. Practicing BREEMA
OFFERS US A TANGIBLE WAY TO SUPPORT OTHERS WHILE PRACTICING SELF-care.
Please be comfortable sitting and moving on a padded floor. Wear
loose-fitting clothing, and be fragrance-free.
Beginners are welcome.
