What to expect:
Indoor Session: Learn to identify native plants and their invasive
counterparts, discover the benefits of native gardening, and get
expert advice on plant selection and garden design.
Outdoor Session: Explore the Island Ford Visitor Center's native plant
garden, learn practical tips on garden management, proper planting
techniques, and strategies to attract and support local wildlife.
What to Bring:
Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing for the
outdoor portion
