2022 5K for the Cause Hosted by ADP Augusta - Martinez, GA 2022

3rd Annual 5K for the Cause! ADP Augusta is excited to host their third annual 5K entitled 5K for the Cause. This 5K is an opportunity for runners to come together to raise funds in an effort to find a cure and #endAIDS. The funds raised for this initiative will be donated to the Cycle for the Cause fundraising initiative and Augusta Pride. The 5K for the Cause will be held on August 20, 2022 at the Historic Augusta Canal Trail in Augusta, Georgia. Join now to take part in this wonderful event! We couldnt have done it without all of the amazing participants and volunteers last year, or without the generous support of Fleet Feet Augusta or Augusta Pride, Inc. Race Registration Fees: Early Bird Special $25: 07/29/2022-08/15/2022Regular & Day of Rate $30: 08/15/2022-08/20/2022 Event details and schedule 5K for the Cause Start Time 8:00AM 5K for the Cause Entry Fee 5K for the Cause entry fee is $25.00 . 5K for the Cause T-shirt Event t-shirts will be available to participants who register on or before August 18, 2022 . T-shirts are not guaranteed to participants who register after August 19th. Extras will be ordered but will given out on a first come, first serve basis. Sizes include: YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL, AXXL. Timing/Awards/Race Divisions The 5K will be electronically timed by Run the Tangents Timing. Awards will given to the overall top male and female 5K and 10K finishers as well as the top three male and female finishers in each age division. Age divisions are: 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 and over. Course Description The run will be at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion, starting across the Overlook Bridge between the Augusta Canal and Savannah River. You will travel down the scenic tow path underneath the Weeping Willows. A course map will be uploaded to Augusta ADP Runs Facebook group page and 2 Girls and a Clock Race and Timing Services Facebook page soon. Packet Pick-up/Late Registration All participants can pick up their race packet on Friday, August 19th from 5pm-7pm at ADP Headquarters. Located at 1 ADP Drive Augusta, GA in the main lobby. Packets will also be available for pick-up on race day from 7:30am-8:00am. Runners can also register at packet pick-up on Friday, or on race day from 7:30am-8:00am.
