Women's History in the Making (WHIM) Awards Gala is a formal event designed to recognize and celebrate girls, organizations, and community leaders contributing to the development and empowerment of this generation of young women.

In a society where social media tends to shed more light on the things we do NOT want to see our team at A Woman’s Standard is committed to celebrating young ladies who are still able to uphold high standards and values in various areas of their lives.

This year’s theme is:

"Leaving your Mark”

Each year we award young ladies, community leaders and community organizations that embody the theme and are helping to further the mission of uplifting the next generation of young women.

Want to attend the Gala for FREE?!

Ask about our ambassador program! The WHIM Ambassador registration is free for a limited number of individuals that are interested in spreading the word about the gala and securing ticket sales. As long as you secure 10 ticket sales by March 1st your admission(for you and one guest) will be free. If you decide to pay for your ticket instead, it will be $65 per person.
