with special guest
Chad Pa
Show Date

TAULIA LAVE
Taulia invites you to celebrate his birthday and support The Boys and
Girls Club of Hawai’i at Porter Pavilion!
Lave is not your typical Country Singer. He’s a 47-year old,
6’2”, 280 pound Samoan who was a college football linebacker and
former police officer who grew up listening to Randy Travis, George
Strait, and Garth Brooks on the coast of Waiʻanae, Oʻahu.
When his father passed away unexpectedly ~4 years ago, Taulia
dedicated himself full-time to making music in honor of his Dad
starting with his debut single Feels Like Home.
Taulia has sold out shows across his home state and just released his
tribute to Kenny Rogers The Gambler which he recorded entirely in
Nashville.
Waianae Boys & Girls Club was a big part of Taulia’s upbringing and
he is so happy to be supporting them on Kauai!

HIGHLIGHTS
This show is part of Anaina Hou Community Park’s “Concerts with a
Cause” Series. This installment is raising funds and awareness for
the Boys and Girls Club of Hawai’i. The mission of Boys & Girls Club
of Hawaii is to enable all young people, especially those who need us
most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible
citizens.
The after-school hours are a critical time for youth – a time when
many children in our communities are left to fend for themselves
without positive adult supervision. BGCH provides a safe place filled
with hope and opportunity, ongoing relationships with caring adult
mentors, and enriching programs.
To learn more and donate directly to Boys and Girls Club, please visit
