Raqs Tiki Glittering Belly Dance Gala

An exciting night of dance awaits you as we celebrate our 8th Annual Glittering Gala, benefiting the Kaua’i Humane Society. Join the fun as we welcome both local and international talented dancers who will bedazzle you with their joy for dance, their love of sharing this ancient style, and their glam, sparkle and sass. Our featured artists include the charismatic Issam Houshan, the world famous percussionist who has traveled over 80 countries in hundreds of shows and earned the name, “King of the Drums”. Also included in the lineup is David of Scandinavia, a versatile, talented and charming performer. Island dancers include Nelleke Pielaat, Krystal Marie, the Latin Wahines, and Grassroots Bellydance. Our professional performers traveling from afar include Surreyya Hada, DeVilla Raks, Sammie from Oahu, Kamala Almanzar. Talia Soleil, the organizer and producer of the event, will also perform. Shop with our artisans and crafters, as well as with our food vendor before the show. Doors open at 5:30 pm. The show begins at 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm
