$5 Yoga

Come and enjoy a donation-based yoga class, each Saturday at CATHEDRAL OF THE ROCKIES in downtown BOISE from 10-11:15am. Suggested donation of only $5! Take time to calm down your body and mind with gentle yoga, designed to be accessible for people of any skill or flexibility level. The yoga will be intentionally slower and designed to get you feeling relaxed, present, and in your body. Bring your own yoga mat if desired. Classes are taught and organized by DJ Brown. Donation payments can be made in-person the day of the class through cash, credit card, or with any cash app.
