We invite you to attend the 8th ANNUAL PSAP CONFERENCE IN GARDEN
CITY/BOISE, IDAHO, October 28th - 30th, 2019. This year the event
will be at THE RIVERSIDE HOTEL, Garden City. The CONFERENCE DATES
ARE OCTOBER 29th - 30th, and we strongly encourage you to attend the
vendor reception on Monday, Oct. 29th from 1800 - 2000. This year we
will feature incredible training opportunities including high-quality
presenters, training created specifically for 911/dispatch
professionals and technical professionals, access to leading industry
vendors and valuable networking opportunities. POST credit will be
available for attendees.
Keynote speakers will be Gordon Graham and State Representative, Rick
Youngblood.
We will also be offering an evening of fun on the Boise State
University blue turf, dinner in the Stueckle Sky Center and live music
by Kill-A-Brew. This event will be on October 29th, 2109 starting at
5:30 p.m. Cost for the dinner for attendees of the conference and
their guest is $25.00 per person. Industry partners dinner and guest
tickets are $75.00 per person. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION WHEN CHOOSING
A TICKET TYPE.
You must make hotel reservations on your own, this registration does
not confirm or hold a hotel room reservation. Please contact
The Riverside Hotel at 208-343-1871 to make a reservation and ask for
the PSAP group rate. You MUST reserve two weeks prior to the
event, in order to receive the discounted government rate. After
that date, government room rates may not apply and you may be
subject to full price; however continue to ask for the PSAP group
rate, the hotel will advise if rooms are still available at the lower
government rate.
FAQS
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
Only if you purchase a dinner ticket. If you DO NOT purchase a
dinner ticket, you will NOT need to print your conference ticket.
IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE
PERSON WHO ATTENDS?
No, the name on the ticket or registration needs to match the person
who is attending the conference due to name tags that are created for
each attendee. If you have already registered but are unable to
attend, cancel your reservation and have the person attending the
conference complete a new registration. We do understand last minute
cancellations and the inability to get online.

WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE
CRUISE EVENT?
Transportation to the dinner event at Stueckle Sky Center is on your
own, no transportation will be provided by the PSAP Committee.
Parking at the Albertson's Stadium is $2.25 per space, collected at
the BSU Campus.
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to commitments required of the PSAP Committee,
there will be no refunds for the dinner event. Please make sure that
you are able to attend this event.
CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?
Yes, you may update your registration information, however, if you are
needing to purchase a dinner ticket after your initial registration,
please cancel your first registration and re-register. This is due
to the registration process through eventbrite. If you are having

IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?
Yes, however, only the dinner ticket is transferrable. Please have
whoever is attending in your place register their own information on
an attendee registration only ticket. Have them bring your dinner
ticket and we will check them off when they arrive. Please send an
