while enjoying rose tea and lavender cookies, then relaxing deeply
through a guided meditation into the powerful vibrations of the
himalayan and crystal singing bowls. Cyndi will share about three
supplements that have been used to treat depression and anxiety, as
well as provide uplifting aromatherapy.Mats, props, and blankets
