February 26th Dish teams up with Copper Cane for a really fun event!
February 26th will feel like even though its the year of the rat, it will definitely be the year of the pig! This month's wine dinner will feature wines from Copper Cane and food inspired by the most sacred of animals, the pig. Check out the menu and we hope to see you there!
**We also will have unbelievable pricing on the wines had at this event, way less than retail, so now is a great time to stock up for the rest of the winter!**
1st course: Elouan Rose
Chicharrones-crusted washington dungeness crab cake with charred corn relish, smoked paprika oil, and cilantro aioli.
2nd course: Boen Chardonnay
Honey hoisin crispy pork belly with sesame marinated cucumbers, arugula, and cured egg yolk.
3rd course: Bella Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir
“Pan pizza” with woods italian sausage, fresh oregano, roasted tomato puree, mozzarella, provolone, and salsa verde.
4th course: Quilt Cabernet Sauvignon
Sweet and spicy slow roasted pork shoulder with charred poblano demi, smoked habanaro crema, jalapeno corn fritter, and pickled radish.
5h course: Beran California Zinfandel
Honey pecan roll with dark chocolate crème anglaise, candied bacon, and crushed pecans.
Please note, doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $79 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
