Dinner reservations are highly encouraged for the restaurant before
the show. Food will NOT be served in the Performance Hall.
Reservations for the show can only be made via online ticket purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT?
YES, this is a 21+ event. Proper ID is required. Tickets ARE required
for entrance.
HOW DO I KNOW I WILL BE SEATED WITH MY GROUP IF I AM PURCHASING MY OWN
TICKET?
When you purchase your ticket, you will be prompted to enter a group
name. As long as all attendees enter the same group name, all of your
seats will be together.
**MAKE SURE YOUR GROUP NAME IS UNIQUE TO YOUR GROUP** _For example:
Brittany Jone's Bachelorette Party (first & last name). _ DO NOT use
Queens Show or anything generic for you reservation name. Be creative!
AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE MY TICKET AT THE DOOR AND STILL BE SEATED WITH
MY GROUP?
General admission tickets are available for purchase at the door, but
in order to be guaranteed a seat at your group's, tickets must be
purchased in advance. Online tickets may be purchased up until 2pm on
the day of the event, if they do not sell out.
AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR FOR GENERAL ADMISSION?
General admission tickets are available for purchase at the door. Any
open tables will be on a first come first serve basis or there is the
option for standing room.

CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?
Absolutely! Up until the day of the event, you are free to edit your
registration information.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
Each ticket has a unique bar code, so please bring the printed ticket
OR be ready to show your phone to have each ticket scanned. (Printed
tickets ARE preferred. In the event that a phone is not working, your
ticket may not be able to be used.)
THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATION/TICKET DOESN'T MATCH THE ATTENDEE. IS
THAT OKAY?
Yes, but be aware that EACH ticket has its own bar code. If one person
is purchasing tickets for the group, be sure that each person has
their unique ticket.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets ARE
transferable to give to another guest in your party.
