This course examines the many parts of the Pilates Reformer and
teaches how to safely instruct participants through a total body
workout. NETA's Pilates mat principles will be reviewed while reformer
specific exercises are conducted. Workshop attendees will learn the
exercises by lecture, observation, and participation.
