Hatha Aerial Yoga ages 16+ Aerial yoga is a blend of the traditional
yoga poses and aerial arts in a soft fabric hammock. This class will
explore balancing, breathwork, releasing tension, decompression, and
alignment. Aerial yoga incorporates core work, upper body
strengthening, supported inversions,increased flexibility, mood
enhancing qualities flying, music and having fun. No previous yoga
experience is necessary for students to enjoy aerial yoga.
