jumping and diving into deep water, back float, front crawl, back
crawl, treading water, introduction to butterfly, breaststroke,
elementary backstroke, treading water, sidestroke, and water safety
rules. The Pool will be closed on Saturday, 5/31 for a training.
Lessons are pro-rated. Location Belmont Pool at Belmont Plaza
