Administrators' ACADEMY: BUILDING A COMMON PURPOSE AND VISION FOR THE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PROCESS - Revised 2016 - AA 913Participants in this course will learn a step-by-step process to build a common purpose and vision around their school improvement planning process. During the workshop school leaders will learn to apply steps to review important documents, previous goals and outcomes, assess their progress and use five fundamentals that inform the school community of the school improvement planning process. Participants will map out a timeline and clarify how they will involve all school constituencies in the school improvement planning process, and develop meaningful professional development to support the plan. This workshop will be split in 2 half days. Thursday and Friday, June 4 and 5, 2020 from 9:00am - 12:00pm THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE DELIVERED VIRTUALLY OR FACE TO FACE DEPENDING ON COVID-19 CIRCUMSTANCES AT THE TIME OF THE WORKSHOP.
