Elite Camps emphasizes the development of the fundamentals of volleyball for high level performance on the court. In this second session we will work on net skills including attacking and blocking. We will breakdown the skills into eye work, footwork and hand on ball contact. We will also introduce a variety of situations and different facets of the game: First Ball Side Out, Transition, In-System, Out-of-System etc.
