Through a blend of lecture and open discussions, you (and your partner) will learn how to prepare for the labor and delivery process.Our class covers: * The stages of labor * Medical and non-medical pain relief * Vaginal and cesarean birth * The recovery process * Q&A session This class is led by a Northwestern OB/GYNE.
