This year, we will present : a timely conversation about the opportunities and complexities of advancing equity in Illinois’ recreational cannabis program, featuring: Heather Steans , Illinois State Senator Toi Hutchinson , Senior Adviser to the Governor on Cannabis Control Edie Moore , Executive Director of Chicago NORML The discussion will highlight the significance of this new policy for our philanthropic and social impact communities. For 46 years, Forefront’s Annual Luncheon has been the premier gathering of Illinois’ social impact and philanthropic leaders. Please join us and be part of this vital conversation.
