RECOVERY DHARMA DAY RETREAT - Spring 2020 Join us for a day filled
with guided, silent, and movement meditation! The day will start with
coffee and mingling with other people who share interest in
well-being, recovery, and Recovery Dharma. The agenda will include a
variety of meditations, a pot-luck lunch in noble silence, and
creative and sharing opportunities.
We hope participants take away a sense of peace, a few self-care
tools, and a new or deepened sense of community and sangha.
Things to bring:
-Yoga Mat (chairs are provided if a person prefers to sit in one
throughout the day)
-Meditation cushion (if wanted)
-Dish to pass (if you are able)
In the past people have brought for added comfort & enjoyment:
-Journaling supplies
-Throw blanket
-Meditation and/or spiritual items for personal use or to add to an
altar
