Sweat it out with Fitbit Local, a monthly series of free, all-levels
workouts hosted by fitness leaders from your community.
Get excited for this unique approach to bring a great experience for
your new year. This workout will start with a 15 minute goal
setting. We will then break up into 3 different groups going into a
3 part circuit Yoga, Strength, and Calisthenics. Each section will
be 20 minutes in length bringing your mind and body together as set
the focus for your year ahead. If you have a mat bring it. Be sure
to have sneakers as well. Can’t wait to see you there.
